Return Policy

Our policy lasts for 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if more than 30 days have passed since purchase. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when received. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, please contact us via email (include email and phone number) and we will provide you with your RA# and return shipping instructions. When your product is received, we inspect the product and provide an exchange or refund depending on the situation.

Unfortunately, custom-made products are non-returnable, so please check your measurements carefully before confirming your order.

 

Refund (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you if a refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within up to 10 business days.

 

Shipping Policy

To return a product, please contact us for your RA # (Return Authorization #) and instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.

If you’re shipping items over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that you will receive your returned items.
